  recd call asking if they could come early. I wasnt ready no truck. After 2 hrs late, I asked about the plan. They didnt seem to know, and starting grabbing stuff. I have mostly totes and had a dolly to help them. Used it once, decided to carry one tote at a time. On 1st fl. Instead of 1 hour, it took almost 2 hrs. Loading the truck things were just piled. Lg lether chair top of bags with totes on it. Truck was full there was a lot of wasted space. The amount not loaded, I have to get a friend with a truck to help me finish. At the new place, I was told that it would cost an addl 150. Being injured and almost 60, I couldnt unload myself so I paid. It was 730p or so, they wanted to get something to eat. Sounds fair, they left. 10pm two random guys called me asking to come show them what needs to be done. James and Fred were great, they unloaded in about the same time to load, with less equmnt. They climed to the 3rd fl 5stars to them. fnshd 12am Was more but limited space to write.

  Chris and his team were very professional, courteous, and effective!! They moved us from an 2 br apartment to a house in two hours - we came in as the family moving being very stressed and left feeling relieved and this was one very complicated part of the move process that flew by!!
